LETTER: Anyone can throw stones

LETTER: Anyone can throw stones

DEAR News Of The Area,

IT doesn’t matter where you travel in the world today, you generally find we are better off in this country than anywhere else.

Why else this constant crush of people hoping to emigrate to Australia?

So, why do so many Australians believe Pauline could do it better than the two major parties generally in power?

Both of these parties, despite smaller population thus less tax income than many other nations enjoy (and vast tracts of roads to construct and repair) have set us up pretty well in the last 250 years or so since they started bringing us into the modern world.

If you mean to do better Pauline, you better start elaborating on how it’s done.

Just making claims is anybody’s game.

Regards,

Betty Boyd,

Laurieton.
