Kew Country Club’s annual Pink Day fundraiser

PINK was everywhere and lots of fun was had during Kew Country Club’s annual Pink Day fundraiser, held in support of breast cancer research.

The event, which was held on 28 October, attracted 53 players participating in a three-bowl triples event.

Several men’s teams also joined the great roll-up of ladies.

The winning ladies’ team was Karyn Buckley, Jenny Hardy and Sue Finch.

The winning men’s team was Wendel Scott, David Dundas and Wayne Turner.

Wendy Middlebrook again provided great entertainment with fines and tales of golfer mishaps experienced during the year.
